Beautifully decorated and brilliant accommodation with pleasant staff with receptionist very helpful. Magnificent location, around 10-15 minutes walk from St Andrew's Church. Set near Wolverhampton, the town centre, and a nice pub in the lovely area.

The location was efficient, within walking distance of Football. It was a pretty comfortable area, a fabulous base for me.

It was convenient for the area I was visiting, it provided a comfortable overnight stay without any frills. Th e area was serviced by local facilities for a meal and drink.
The hotel was quiet without any encouragement to utilise their services although the hotel appeared to be very quiet without to many people staying there.

The room was ok - fairly modern and clean but the corridors are quite frankly disgusting - more like a grotty bedsit! The font of the hotel looks very delapidated and seedy. The food was very poor - overcooked salmon and dried up potato wedges with a salad of chopped iceburg lettuce and a few slices of tomatoes and cucumber - couldn't have new potatoes (presume they don't come in a freezer bag)

The staff were very helpful and welcoming, the room was nice, good price for the room.
The bed was really springy, we could feel all the springs on the bed, not the best. Drinks at the bar were very expensive £9.00 for a malibu & coke and a vodka & coke-singles!

Breakfast. Good size room.
We were in a room on the ground floor, and could hear the people above us very well! Even when they were just walking in their room...must be very thin floors! Internet did not work in the room (signal too weak)

Room was exceptionally spacious and well equipped, as was the bathroom. Both looked recently refurbished and the heating worked excellently! Breakfast was good quality (didn't eat evening meal in as there is an excellent Italian just up the orad and I love Italian food).
Corridors etc were narrow and a bit tired. Couldn't make outgoing calls from extremely sophisticated phone in room. I had to go to bar to access free Wi-Fi as my room was out of range. Had full breakfast, but would have had to pay extra £6.50 to add half a grapefruit to this, which I thought a bit steep.

The room was airy and spacious and as it was at the back of the hotel it was nice and quiet. Room was simple with no too much clutter. The full breakfast was substational and filling. I would recommend staying here again.
The water was not very hot to have a shower. Complimentary tray needed more milk cartons and provided only 1 small packet of biscuits.

Great hotel, nice and clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We stayed here due to a business meeting in the area and will use again if in the area

The staff were friendly and very accomadating; it was easy to get back in after my reception party as there was someone that greeted us at the door just before 12pm which was excellent as this made it easy to get in instead of trying to punch the number code in on door; it definatly saved us messing around with that. Great personal touch!. The room was comfortable, warm, spacious also liked the complementary tea/coffee tray always a great bonus when you stay anywhere and nice flat screen tv so I could enjoy watching some in the morning. Shower was a great temprature. Bed cover is good for summer time as nice and cool but would suggest a thicker one for winter time as it would propably be too cold for winter months. Pillows were ok but would benefit from another white pillow instead of one. Overall a good stay; if asked if would stay again I would.
I don't think there was anything I didn't really like; I thought it was a good nights stay.

I found the rooms clean and quite spacious. The best part of the stay was the extremely helpful and friendly reception staff
Its a shame that a few of the extras did not work (I.E. hairdryer) and light bulb out.

After paying for a luxury four poster room We found it cold all night, we even had to get the Blanket out of the wardrobe, bed had slats missing From the base, mattress needs to be replaced, and pillows needed to be replaced..Luxury room Advertise budget on the heat in the room also The shower ran cold. Breakfast for £13, was poor, we wont stay here again.

Warm and clean accommodations with a comfortable bed. The friendly staff, particularly Claudia, provided excellent assistance, even helping with luggage due to a knee injury. The breakfast was particularly noteworthy, with fresh fruits and a lovely dining atmosphere. The WiFi was more suited for browsing than streaming, and the restaurant and bar facilities, while inviting, were not utilized .
